Mimi had all of the family over for dinner recently and surprised us with this delicious dessert! Apparently she has had been hiding this recipe for years.... So of course we had to get it and share with our beautiful Inspired Women!  ~ Calla


You will need:

4 eggs
1 cup Sugar
1 12 oz can Milnot (Evaporated Milk)
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp salt
1 15 oz can Pumpkin Puree
1 box Yellow Cake mix
1 1/2 cup butter
1 cup chopped nuts


     Beat together eggs, sugar, Milnot, pie spice, salt and pumpkin.  Pour mix into an ungreased 9x13 pan.  Sprinkle yellow cake mix onto mixture in pan.  Drizzle melted butter over it and top with nuts.

Bake at 350*F for 1 hr to 1 hr 15 min.  Enjoy!
