Easy Caramel Apples



These are so easy and soooo much fun!

9 Medium Sized Apples - washed and dried
2 Cans Sweetened Condensed Milk - labels removed
Popsicle sticks

Put a large pot of water on to boil.  Once it has reached a rolling boil, put the cans in the water and cover the pan.  Let them boil for 3 hours.  The milk will caramelize.

After 3 hours, remove the cans and open them.  Pour the caramelized milk into a bowl and whisk it until smooth.

Push a popsicle stick into each apple and dip in the caramel.  We added sprinkles to ours for fun.

Set them on wax paper to dry.  Enjoy!
